Every time I work with the remarkably talented model Ray Armstrong, I am astounded by his ability to control every muscle in his body. I once asked him about his zen like mastery of his abdominals and he showed me how he breaks it down for himself. I thought this would make for a great demo for anyone interested in modeling or fitness in general. So here is “Abs 101 with Ray Armstrong”. More classes to come soon.
