The idea behind it isn’t too hard but be careful with it … he simply comes braking into a sharp right turn going down to 1st then dials in the oversteer with a shot of the throttle into a minor slide … he pins the break to stick the front tires and at the same time stomps on the gas (you can hear the engine loud when he does) to get a lot of rear wheel spin to bring the back of the car around, pivoting on the front tires which hold the front still with the hard braking.
