i think she’s a bit boring actually. i don’t think many designers/fashion houses would book her because of her walk. it doesn’t seem very high fashion to me.

The angle of the video isn’t that great for demonstrating this…. it should have been shown straight front and back I think…

that’s a different genre of modeling; plus size, the only models you ever see who aren’t very thin and lanky are some bikini models and most underwear models.

I love modeling, it’s so much fun. Every time I get new clothes, I have to put on a “fashion show” for my parents or friends.
I’ve taken some modeling classes, but I haven’t had time to in a while.
I am 5’9” and 109 lbs.
This video really helps, so thank you so much!

is the foot supposed to ‘swing out’ like that slightly? just curious because this is the walk that kills me in my own modeling class D:

August 29th, 2010 at 9:37 am
Thanks!:)

Pfft, just because you’re skinny doesn’t mean you can become a model. Actually, if you notice you see more ‘overweight’ models. Meaning girls at a Healthy BMI. And there are plenty of short models for certain clothing brands. Ugh, brainwash.

nikki is a fairly good walker but this one is not her strongest. I f you look carefull you see that she gets slightly out of balance and she moves her arm a bit to apelike.
sorry, but if this is an instructionvideo people should be warned
